Powered Lift System
The automatic lifting system of the DEMI 4000 enables lowering and increasing of tray loads. This ergonomic feature saves space and messy bath transfers by eliminating the need for multiple machines. The powered lift system enables multiple assemblies to be loaded at the same height and consistent, operator-free processing.
Large Processing Tank
The DEMI 4000 resin removal chemical tank is 890mm x 890mm x 635mm and is designed to hold 275 gallons. Heavy partial loads can be handled at the same time, effectively increasing throughput and improving cycle times for all part sizes. The fully enclosed, ventilated system of the DEMI 4000 ensures the operator's safety in the work environment.
AUTOMAT3D™ Software Control
The AUTOMAT3D ™ software controls stirring intensities, temperatures, process times and more to ensure consistently complete resin removal. The software optimizes the speed of resin removal with advanced ultrasonics, an advanced pumping scheme, and heat and variable fluid flow. In addition, AUTOMAT3D ™ simplifies the guesswork during reprinting and reduces the operator's working time thanks to preprogrammed recipes. Multi-touch HMI with glass screen and stainless steel wash-up control buttons and control panel as well as optimal operator ergonomics round off the system.
Additive Formulated Chemistry
All cleaning agents from PostProcess, are optimized for the post-processing of numerous resins from different manufacturers. This extends to special applications such as high temperature resins and ceramic-filled resins.
Our latest generation of detergents enable greater environmental friendliness and compliance with legal requirements through less frequent chemical changes. All typical solvents (e.g. IPA, TPM, DPM), and an exceedingly safe flashpoint over 200°F / 93°C.
