Participation and hotel booking
To confirm your participation, please register by 4th July 2025. Until this date, we have reserved a number of rooms at special rate in the hotel listed below. After this date, you will have to pay the standard rate when booking and cannot be guaranteed a room.
We will reserve the hotel centrally in your name and you will be billed at the hotel. Cancellations are not possible free of charge.
To make a reservation, please select your arrival and departure dates.
Please inform us when you register if you would like a vegetarian menu or if other special requirements need to be taken into account for your menu (e.g. lactose-free, gluten-free, etc.).

Parking at the hotel:
The hotel itself does not have a car park. However, there is a public multi-storey car park next to the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space here either. There are usually enough spaces available in the multi-storey car park, though. You can also walk to multi-storey car parks.
The Luitpoldeck underground car park has a daily rate of €18.
