Mobile, cost-effective entry-level model for flexible post processing of small 3D-printed parts
The M4 Basic is the ideal solution for those looking for a cost-effective entry into automated post processing of their 3D-printed metal and plastic parts - produced, for example, by SLA, SLS, MJF, HSS, SAF, SLM, etc.
Specifically developed for single parts and small batches with a maximum workpiece size of 70 × 70 × 25 mm, the M4 Basic combines a compact design with the proven, economical mass (vibratory) finishing technology. The process enables various finishing steps such as smoothing, grinding, polishing, deburring, cleaning, or matt finishing — and ensures consistently high, reproducible quality. As a simple plug-and-play solution, it requires no additional assembly or retooling.
The media used for the mass finishing process are developed and produced in-house. This guarantees optimal coordination with your applications and ensures maximum process performance with consistently reproducible results.
At the heart of the machine is a rotary vibrator, which, in combination with water, compound, and media in a vibrating work container, enables efficient mechanical processing of the workpieces. An integrated process water tank separates solids from the process water, extending its usable life and reducing downtime. This conserves resources and lowers operating costs through low water and electricity consumption.
Thanks to its compact design and transport rolls with locking brakes, the M4 Basic can be flexibly and integrated into existing production processes.
As a cost-efficient entry-level model, the M4 Basic minimizes manual post processing — leading to higher workpiece throughput, lower unit costs, and reliable, reproducible quality of your 3D-printed parts.
